Here are a few tips to get your home ready to sell FAST!!

1.  Paint all interior walls a neutral color to brighten the home and make it look bigger.

2.  Clean all light bulbs and light fixtures to brighten the home.

3.  Wash all windows inside and out

4. Use plants in transitional areas of your house.

5.  Make the most of your attic's potential.

6. Remove and/or hide excess extension cords and exposed wires.

7. Remove all smoke and pet odors.

8. Expand your counter space in the kitchen by removing small appliances.

9. Depersonalize bedrooms and decorate in a neutral scheme.

10. Re-caulk the tub if the caulk is not sparkling white.
